Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz, Poland is seeking an experienced IT support technician to install, configure and maintain desktop workstations and laptops.

You will manage imaging, network settings, domain access, and essential applications to ensure devices are ready for end users in a NATO environment. Desirable NATO/NCIA experience and ITIL knowledge can help in daily operations. This role requires NATO Secret clearance and will involve security-conscious procedures with standard

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-user IT support (desktops, laptops, peripherals) in an enterprise or operational environment.
• Experience with the device setup, reimaging and software installation.
• Practical experience in the VDI-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Installing and reinstalling desktop workstations and laptops using the approved standard image.
• Configuring basic settings (network, domain access, required applications) to ensure devices are fully ready for end users.
• Applying required operating system and application updates to keep devices secure and operational.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required:

• Proven experience in end-user IT support (desktops, laptops, peripherals) in an enterprise or operational environment;

• Knowledge of ITIL practices;
• Experience supporting CIS deployments for exercises .
