WLG in Bydgoszcz seeks an IT support professional to join a NATO CIS unit for on-site end-user support during exercises. You will configure and reimage workstations, deploy updates, manage user accounts, and keep auditable records of all actions.
The role requires real end-user IT support experience, hands-on time in a VDI environment, strong Windows knowledge, basic networking, and English at C1 or strong B2. Expect extended hours during exercise periods and on-site work in Poland.
Do you want end-user support work where the deadline is a live exercise rather than a ticket queue? You will prepare, configure and deploy the end-user kit that Allied exercises actually run on, at a NATO CIS support unit in Bydgoszcz. Two people are being taken on for this, so you will not be carrying it alone.
