Job summary

Spektrum is seeking an experienced CIS/IT professional to join our team supporting NATO NCIA and related agencies in Poland. The role focuses on planning and delivering CIS services, coordinating with IT teams, and ensuring secure, high-performance IT infrastructure for exercises and operations.

You will participate in requirements capture, project planning, and execution, advise on technical possibilities, and help maintain exercise portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery with a customer-focused approach.
• Planning IT networks (LAN/WAN) and infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge of distributed information systems.
• Experience converting operational requirements to IT requirements.
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Planning and project development of scheduled exercises, trainings, conferences and other CIS events.
• Development of planning documentation for CIS support of events and exercises.
• Captures requirements and translates into functional/technical specs; coordinates with CSU/NCI Agency teams.
• Coordinates and manages new customer requirements via CRF.
• Represents CSU at planning conferences and meetings with NCI Agency and customers.
• Participates in technical meetings as Subject Matter Expert and advises during CABs.
• Develops project plans and coordinates with stakeholders; reports status and issues.
• Identifies scope of work for CIS support to events; supervises execution.
• Advises on technical possibilities ensuring requirements are understood and coordinated.
