Job summary

Microamp is seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist to bridge deep tech and storytelling, translating complex capabilities into data-driven B2B narratives. Based in Warsaw, you will support executive requests, manage documentation, and coordinate cross-functional marketing and legal processes.

You will ensure smooth office operations, handle travel logistics, assist recruitment, and foster a multinational, startup-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in executive support, administration or office management.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process ownership.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Administration of due diligence processes.
• Supporting day-to-day operations and handling ad hoc executive requests.
• Overseeing corporate documentation and contract processes (NDAs, partnership agreements, MoUs, etc.).
• Coordinating the full document lifecycle, from preparation and internal approvals to signing and archiving.
• Monitoring deadlines and ensuring proper document control.
• Managing administrative correspondence and maintaining organised records.
• Cooperating with law firms, accounting offices and external service providers.
• Organising business travel and handling related logistics.
• Supporting procurement processes and administrative aspects of projects, including publicly funded projects where applicable.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Managing HR documentation, contracts, working hours and absence records.
• Ensuring smooth office operations, including supplies, service coordination and vendor management.
• Organising meetings, company events and welcoming guests.
