Job summary

Circle K eMobility in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to join the Second Line / Control Tower team in Warsaw. You will own incidents end-to-end, perform remote diagnostics on EV chargers, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet SLAs.

You will work in a high-paced environment, translate findings into actionable insights in English and German, and contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM processes with ServiceNow and Jira.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in IT support or technical operations in complex environments.
• Educational background in IT, CS, or EE or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with incident management and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as second-line support, handling incidents escalated from first line.
• Perform remote diagnostics and technical analysis of chargers and related systems.
• Own incidents end-to-end from investigation to resolution and closure.
• Collaborate with vendors, software teams, and third-line support.
• Ensure SLAs and response targets are met.
• Support RCA and contribute to long-term fixes.
• Monitor network performance and identify trends.
• Maintain data quality in ITSM systems and contribute to playbooks.
