Circle K Stores Inc. is expanding its EMSP roaming team in Warsaw to deliver scalable roaming across Europe. You will join a dynamic, international team focusing on interoperable roaming, real-time data, and high-quality EV charging experiences.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and an ability to manage incidents across platforms while collaborating with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical operations, platform operations, EV charging, telecom, or fintech.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and backend platforms.
• Familiarity with EV protocols such as OCPP and OCPI or strong interest to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational specialist for EMSP roaming across Circle K’s EV network.
• Monitor and manage roaming transaction flows (authorization, start/stop, billing) across platforms.
• Own and track roaming performance KPIs, including TSR and Plug-in Success.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve roaming-related issues across EMSP, CPO, and backend systems.
• Perform structured diagnostics across integrations (OCPI), payment flows, and connectivity layers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of roaming incidents, from investigation through resolution and closure.
