Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical operations, platform operations, EV charging, telecom, or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting logs, transaction data, and system behavior.
• Solid understanding of system integrations and backend platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational specialist for EMSP roaming across Circle K’s EV network.
• Monitor and manage roaming transaction flows across platforms.
• Own and track roaming performance KPIs.
