Job summary

Circle K eMobility is expanding its roaming operations across Europe, seeking an operational specialist to manage EMSP roaming for Circle K’s EV network. You will monitor transactions, manage incidents, and optimise performance across multiple platforms and partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in technical operations, strong API and backend familiarity, and knowledge of EV protocols like OCPP and OCPI. A high-paced, collaborative environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in technical operations, platform operations, EV charging, telecom, or fintech.
• Nice to have knowledge of Roaming Hubs-setup.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and backend platforms.
• Familiar with EV protocols such as OCPP and OCPI (or keen to learn).
• Able to handle multiple incidents in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational specialist for EMSP roaming across Circle K’s EV network.
• Monitor and manage roaming transaction flows across platforms (authorization, start/stop, billing).
• Own and track roaming performance KPIs, including TSR and Plug-in Success.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve roaming-related issues across EMSP, CPO, and backend systems.
• Perform structured diagnostics across integrations (OCPI), payment flows, and connectivity layers.
• Take end-to-end ownership of roaming incidents from investigation to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams, roaming partners, platform providers and vendors.
• Ensure SLA adherence and follow up on partner performance and recurring issues.
