Job summary

Outokumpu Oyj in Katowice is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and continuously improve our collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will ensure reliability, security, and compliance across the environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services in enterprise environments.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for complex collaboration issues.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.
• Experience in on-call rotation and incident response.

Responsibilities

What you\'ll do

• Own and continuously improve Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and File Services
• Provide expert 2nd and 3rd line technical support and participate in an agreed on-call rotation
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex collaboration, authentication, identity, mail flow, and file service issues
• Manage configuration, administration, upgrades, testing, deployments, and service changes across the M365 environment
• Translate security requirements into practical solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege access, retention, data protection, sharing policies, and auditing
• Drive service reliability, resilience, compliance, automation, and operational excellence
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Azure DevOps pipelines to automate administration, reporting, and operational tasks
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, OT, business teams, and external vendors to deliver secure and scalable collaboration services
• Support audits, access reviews, compliance activities, and risk remediation initiatives
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards
• Mentor colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to building a strong technical community
