Job summary

Elekta AB seeks a Software Upgrade Specialist to deliver technical software upgrades for customers across Europe, from planning to go-live support. Upgrades are delivered remotely and at customer sites, with significant travel and weekend activities as needed.

You will collaborate with customers, project managers, trainers, engineers and distributors to ensure upgrades are completed safely and with minimal disruption to clinical treatments. Excellent English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of PC and network environments incl. SQL, Citrix, Microsoft cloud solutions, storage, virtualization, AD, Windows OS.
• Excellent English and Polish communication, with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all technical aspects of software upgrade activities remotely and on-site.
• Keep customers and Upgrade Project Manager informed of progress, risks and issues.
• Prepare, maintain and submit documentation, reports, backups and records for upgrades.
