Job summary

Medtronic plc in Poland seeks a Cardiac Electrophysiology Applications Specialist to support electrophysiology procedures across Warsaw, Łódź, and Lublin with AFFERA Mapping and Ablation systems. The role is remote-based within Poland with travel across the territory on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will provide clinical and technical support, deliver demonstrations and training to physicians, assist with system installations, and build relationships with hospital teams while staying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences and 5+ years of electrophysiology clinical, technical, or industry experience.
• Experience supporting electrophysiology procedures and electrophysiology technologies.
• Background in cardiology or experience as a Cardiac Physiologist.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures utilizing the AFFERA Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select Pulsed Field Ablation system, and cryoablation technologies.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training programs, and educational sessions for physicians, electrophysiology laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support system installations, onboarding activities, and technology implementation within customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrophysiologists, healthcare professionals, and key hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to execute territory objectives and support business growth initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during procedures and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of electrophysiology therapies, mapping technologies, and competitive products.
• Provide customer insights and market feedback to support territory planning and product adoption strategies.
