Job summary

Brainlab is seeking a Support Specialist RT based in Warsaw, Poland, to install and service radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems across Europe. The role combines field service with remote home-office work, requiring frequent travel and close collaboration with clinicians and Brainlab teams.

You should hold a degree in Medical Physics, Dosimetry, or a related field and have strong IT/networking skills, English and Polish proficiency, plus a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems in the region and Europe.

• Act as the technical Brainlab face communicating with clients.
• Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Train customers with Brainlab products and collaborate with trainer team.
• Ensure high service satisfaction to clients.

To help our customers in the field of radiotherapy and radiosurgery, Brainlab is looking for a home office based field service engineer in Warsaw.

As a Support Specialist RT your main task will include:

• to install the radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for the customers in your region and in Spain, partly also in Portugal and other countries in Europe
• to provide after-sales service for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis tasks as well as service, maintenance and repairs
• to act as the technical Brainlab face to the customer bycommunicating efficiently with the clients,understanding any problems which arise and responding in the most appropriate manner
• to conduct routine calibrations as well as preventive maintenance services
• to makeour customers - e.g. physicist Team -familiar with Brainlab products; furthercustomer training is then performed by a dedicated trainer team
• to provide full service satisfaction to clients

• You have a Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or equivalent
• You have a very good knowledge in the field of informatics as well as experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics
• Your good knowledge of linear accelerators is also an advantage for this position
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics and/or electro mechanics
• Proficiency of English and Polish both written and spoken are a necessity to be successful in this position
• Excellent social, team-work and self-management skills
• You are highly flexibility and would be willing to travel around 80% of the time for your position
