Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive delivery of technology projects across European markets, from initiation through to completion. You’ll be highly organized, adept at coordinating resources from different locations, and comfortable managing complexity across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery for external European market implementations, manage budgets and risks, partner with stakeholders across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Finance, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of project management experience in IT projects (systems integration/architecture/new product development).
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent.
• Ability to manage large-scale, multi-faceted projects independently from initiation to completion.
• Strong communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery to external European market implementations and integrations.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and change processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones for clear communication and accountability.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity.
• Drive structured delivery within a matrix environment across cross-functional teams.
