Job summary

ITDS in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead IT outsourcing engagements from inception to success with a hybrid work model. You will own delivery end-to-end, drive client satisfaction, and shape long-term partnerships within a dynamic market.

You will grow the account, manage the P&L, mentor teams, and guide cross-functional partners to deliver against strategic targets while maintaining high-quality service and profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, service delivery, or account management within IT outsourcing.
• Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing market.
• Proven track record managing delivery and P&L responsibilities.
• Leadership experience leading delivery and recruitment teams.
• An active network of market contacts.
• Natural leadership qualities with charisma and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.

Responsibilities
