Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive delivery of technology projects across European markets, from initiation through to completion. You’ll be highly organized, adept at coordinating resources from different locations, and comfortable managing complexity across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery for external European market implementations, manage budgets and risks, partner with stakeholders across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Finance, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of project management experience in IT projects (systems integration/architecture/new product development).
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent.
• Ability to manage large-scale, multi-faceted projects independently from initiation to completion.
• Strong communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.

Job description

As a Project Manager reporting to Senior Director, you'll play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of technology projects across European markets — from initiation through to completion.

You’ll thrive in this position if you're highly organized, have strong communication skills, can coordinate and command collaboration of resources from different locations and are comfortable managing complexity across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery to external European market implementations and integrations, ensuring alignment with business requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and change processes using established project management methodologies and tools.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across time zones to maintain clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity, consistently meeting or exceeding delivery expectations.
• Drive structured delivery within a matrix environment, coordinating effectively across cross-functional teams and geographies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects such as systems integration, systems architecture, or new product development.
• Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-faceted projects independently from initiation to completion.
• Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed, and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on European market implementations or cross-border technology programmes.
• Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in international delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

This position will be located in Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The annual gross base pay for this role is zł146,000 - zł285,000. At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
