Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Data and Process Governance Lead to own the design, deployment, and ongoing improvement of the regional HR data governance model in Europe. The role partners with HR, Digital/HRIS, Legal and Global teams to harmonize data, standards and processes while ensuring GDPR compliance and local employment law adherence.

The position is based in Warsaw, full-time and hybrid, reporting to Zuzanna Lizis.

Qualifications

10+ years in Data Governance or related roles, preferably HR/Operations.
Master's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications are a plus.
Strong knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and regional HR regulations.

Responsibilities

Define and continuously enhance the regional HR Data Governance framework.
Harmonize HR processes and data structures across European markets.
Lead governance forums and stakeholder networks for governance execution.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Global teams to align data and systems.
Develop, monitor, and improve HR data quality using KPIs and root-cause analysis.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and local labor regulations across the region.
Maintain regional standards documentation and manage local variations.
Drive change management and adoption of standardized governance practices.
Build governance dashboards and reporting to track data maturity.
Translate insights into executive recommendations for process improvements.
