Job summary

Schneider Electric in Warsaw is seeking a Data and Process Governance Lead/Senior Expert to design and deploy a regional HR Data Governance Operating Model. This role ensures HR data, processes, and controls are harmonized across European markets while complying with GDPR and local employment law.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of experience in data governance or data management, preferably in HR or operations.
• Master's degree in a data-related field; certifications (CDMP, PROSCI, etc.) are a plus.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and enhance the regional HR data governance framework, including data ownership, stewardship, standards, and decision-making processes.
• Harmonize HR processes and data structures across countries while ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.
• Establish and lead governance forums, stakeholder networks, and escalation mechanisms to ensure effective data governance execution.
• Partner with HR, HRIS/Digital, Legal, Compliance, and Global teams to align data, processes, and system capabilities.
• Develop, monitor, and improve HR data quality through KPIs and corrective actions.
