Job summary

Beko Europe is building a new internal Talent Acquisition function to deliver high-quality recruitment across multiple European markets. You will partner with Business HR teams and Hiring Managers to implement proactive sourcing, market insights and candidate care, shaping talent strategies for current and future priorities.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, use SuccessFactors and AI-enabled tools, and build diverse pipelines across countries and functions in a fast-paced environment.english

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Executive Search across Europe.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping and candidate assessment capability.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Experience using recruitment technologies and data to improve outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across designated European markets and functions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring requirements and strategies.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, assessment and interview coordination.
• Manage recruitment processes through SuccessFactors and recruitment platforms.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and support internal mobility initiatives.
