BeOne is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe on a contract basis. The role requires a strong talent adviser who can translate business needs into effective sourcing and hiring strategies. Fluent English plus French and/or Italian is required.

Experience with Workday is a plus. This remote position involves collaborating with HRBPs, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to attract and select top talent across Biopharma functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience recruiting in Biopharma across multiple functions.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Italian required.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
• Ability to influence across all levels.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end management of the recruiting process.
• Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and the recruiting team to develop job descriptions and requisitions.
• Pre-screen resumes, evaluate candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Recruit passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with regulations and policies.
