Qualifications

• Must have completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or vocational HR training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, leave, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HC systems.
• Support monthly payroll changes with internal providers to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor deadlines, checklists, and correspondence.
• Support HR projects and process improvements to boost efficiency.
