Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager, Europe to drive equitable compensation and benefits programs across 16 European countries, including France, the UK, and Poland. The role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity and governance within a matrix organization.

You will lead salary reviews, manage variable pay cycles, and contribute to global C&B initiatives while aligning regional practices with IST Division’s talent

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in international compensation and benefits.
  • Experience across multiple European countries; French market knowledge is desirable.
  • Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and balancing stakeholders.
  • Proven international project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Europe-wide compensation and benefits programs aligned with global reward principles.
  • Oversee annual salary reviews and ensure timely, consistent outcomes.
  • Manage variable pay programs and annual incentive cycles.
  • Provide expert advisory on market competitiveness, pay positioning and internal equity.
  • Monitor compensation trends across Europe and advise on program enhancements.
  • Co-lead EU Pay Transparency readiness with cross-functional teams and legal.
