Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead 7 annual salary reviews and benchmarking.
• Serve as primary partner for managers on pay and labour topics.
• Drive EUPTD implementation across NE countries.
• Oversee bonus calculations and complex working hour schemes.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoicing and global HR reporting.
