Key Missions
- Reward Programs Management: drive the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across Europe, ensuring alignment with global reward principles, business priorities, local market practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Annual Salary Review: lead the rollout of the annual salary review process across the region, providing specialized advisory, partnering and supporting stakeholders, monitoring the exercise execution and ensuring a consistent and timely outcome.
- Variable Pay & Incentives: manage variable pay programs and annual incentive cycles, coordinating implementation, providing guidance to stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution and communication.
- Compensation Advisory & Governance: provide expert advice to HR colleagues and business leaders on Compensation and Benefits matters, including market competitiveness, pay positioning, internal equity, job evaluation, and reward-related decision-making, promoting consistent application of reward policies, frameworks, processes, and governance standards across countries.
- Market Intelligence & Competitiveness: monitor compensation trends and labor market developments across Europe, recommending enhancements to reward programs to maintain competitiveness and support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
- EU Pay Transparency Readiness: co-lead the region's readiness and compliance efforts related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive, in strong partnership with the EUPTD project team, HRBPs, Legal, and business stakeholders to assess gaps, strengthen pay governance, support pay equity analyses, and implement required processes, reporting, and communication practices.
- Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking: drive benefits governance and competitiveness reviews across the region, coordinating benefits mapping and benchmarking activities, identifying harmonization and optimization opportunities, and providing recommendations to enhance market competitiveness and employee experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership: partner closely with HR teams and business stakeholders across the region, particularly in France, the UK, and Poland, to address local reward needs while ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: contribute or lead global Compensation & Benefits projects and continuous improvement initiatives, representing the European region and collaborating with colleagues across geographies and corporate functions.
- International Mobility Support: collaborate with the International Mobility team on reward-related aspects of mobility policies, assignment frameworks, and employee transfers into and out of the region.
Profile description:
EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
5-8 years of experience that aligns with the following requirements:
- Prior relevant experience as an International C&B Manager/Expert in multi-countries/regional scopes.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, with exposure to multiple European countries. Deeper understanding of French market is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements and pay equity topics.
- Comfortable working within a matrix organization, balancing geographic and business unit stakeholders.
- Proven international project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
