Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Europe is seeking a Territory Manager for the FG WILSON brand to lead and grow the diesel genset business across the region. You will build and manage channel partnerships, pursue new customers and coordinate with EPC and engineering teams to win projects.

Travel up to 50% may be required. Fluent Polish and English are essential. A background in engineering or industrial sales is advantageous, with a competitive compensation package and international collaboration

Qualifications

• Engineering or business degree required.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Fluent Polish and business-level English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage channel partner relationships to market FG WILSON brand in Europe.
• Support growth of FG WILSON Diesel genset business and aftermarket service in the region.
• Develop new customers and opportunities through proactive business development.
• Collaborate with EPC and Engineering Consulting firms to secure early engagement on projects.
• Coordinate with FG WILSON head office on technical and commercial proposals.
