Job summary

Corza Medical is seeking a Tendering Leader to design and build the tendering function for Wound Closure direct markets, initially Poland, Italy, and Spain, owning the end-to-end process from pipeline to post-tender analysis.

You will work with Country Leaders, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing to ensure compliant, compelling bids; the role requires 7+ years of experience, strong pricing, and fluent English. A comprehensive benefits package and strong career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial experience in medical devices, medtech, or healthcare with tendering exposure.
• Experience managing multi-country tender submissions in a European healthcare environment.
• Ability to develop processes, tools, and templates from scratch in a fast-moving team.
• Strong written communication skills for compelling bid content.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit tender landscape across Poland, Italy, and Spain and map active tenders and frameworks.
• Design end-to-end SOPs for tendering from opportunity to renewal.
• Own or co-own submission of high-value tenders across multiple markets.
• Develop country-level bid strategies and pricing positions.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Marketing to ensure evidence and compliance content.
• Track win/loss data and improve submission quality and pricing strategy.
