Job summary

Senovo IT Ltd is seeking a Junior EU Bid Manager / Tender Specialist to support EU and public-sector tender processes from a remote position based in Poland. The role requires coordinating cross-country teams and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EU/public tendering experience is required.
• Strong understanding of administrative processes and tender documentation.
• Knowledge of public procurement and compliance requirements.
• Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end EU/public-sector bidding processes from qualification to submission.
• Review tender requirements and prepare proposal plans, timelines and submission needs.
• Coordinate proposal teams, SMEs and stakeholders across countries and functions.
• Ensure bids meet formal, procurement, quality and compliance requirements.
• Collect and prepare supporting documentation (CVs, references, evidence).
• Coordinate administrative and legal tender documentation with Legal when required.
• Perform final proposal reviews and ensure accurate, compliant and on-time submissions.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously and track deadlines.
