Job summary

Anord Mardix is seeking an EHS Advisor to lead health, safety and environment efforts across projects in Poland, with extensive travel throughout Europe. The role requires fluent English and Polish, 4+ years in EHS, and strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 standards.

The position offers a dynamic, travel-intensive environment with on-site engagements at multiple European locations, and a formal employment contract. Remote work may be supported for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in EHS or related role.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience working with subcontractors and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive EHS culture across site teams.
• Assist Site Managers to ensure safe task completion.
• Devising and implementing safety plans per client requirements.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure Safe System of Works.
• Monitor operations for compliance with EHS standards.
• Maintain EHS documentation and issue safety reports.
• Coordinate ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 management systems across sites.
• Audit processes and report findings.
• Advise on EHS issues and drive day-to-day site activities.
