Siemens Energy in Poland seeks an experienced EHS Manager to build a Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will audit sites, coordinate risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with managers across projects.

The role combines office work with site visits, requiring travel within Poland and strong Polish/English communication. A relevant degree and 5+ years in EHS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
• At least 5 years of EHS experience, preferably in a managerial role, with knowledge of Polish regulations.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and ISO 45001/14001.
• Internal auditor certification is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office; willingness to travel Poland (10–15%).
• Fluent Polish with good English communication; valid Category B license.

Responsibilities

• Build and promote a Zero Harm safety culture across Siemens Energy in Poland.
• Provide OHS services per national regulations and corporate standards.
• Monitor compliance at offices and project sites; conduct audits and investigations.
• Coordinate EHS training, risk assessments, incidents, and preventive actions.
• Lead environmental compliance activities (BDO, reporting) and support ISO 45001/14001 programs.
