Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warsaw is seeking an eCommerce professional to drive EU expansion across distributors and online platforms, collaborating with marketing, equity and central teams.

You will manage the Amazon self-service interface, develop selling programs for category initiatives, and translate industry trends into actionable plans while building strong cross-functional relationships.

Experience in FMCG and international roles, plus strong English, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BA/MA Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or similar.
• 3+ years in commercial/marketing functions with expertise in building commercial strategies.
• 1+ years in eCommerce, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in international roles and remote collaboration skills.
• Very good English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the eCommerce growth plan for EU Expansion with distributors.
• Manage Amazon self-service to drive 1P across EU, activate channels, analyze ROAS.
• Develop selling programs for category innovation, distribution, merchandising, and promos.
• Be the link between Marketing and Equity to align strategies for distributors/customers.
• Provide internal/external expertise on brand and category initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare long-term dCom plans for EEB business.
