Job summary

Visa is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage client implementation projects across the EU. The role partners with Client Success and client teams to enable fast activation of Visa products and accelerate ROI.

You will handle end‑to‑end project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communications using Visa policies and modern PM practices. Excellent English skills are required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in business consulting, financial industries, payments, or technology operations.
• Strong IT systems, project management, infrastructure, and applications knowledge.
• Excellent English communications skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with cross-regional projects and client relationship management is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and applying them to payment projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementation services for Visa clients in the EU region within scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and support installations and maintenance.
• Manage projects using best practices and Visa policies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure smooth handover from CSM teams to expedite execution.
• Proactively manage risks, milestones, and communications with stakeholders.
