Job summary

Revalize seeks a Project Manager to define and manage end-to-end product implementation and expansion projects for clients and partners. You will drive planning, execution and reporting, coordinating internal specialists and multiple vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

This role requires strong English communication, risk and budget management, and the ability to guide clients through IT infrastructure preparation. CET hours apply for Europe-based staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years managing technical projects, preferably SaaS implementations, focusing on risk, scope, quality and budget.
• Experience delivering projects to external clients, ideally in a professional services context (billable).
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors on complex projects.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation, planning and project reporting skills.
• Ability to forecast impact of project work on company revenues.
• PMP or similar accreditation is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project from kickoff to implementation and client acceptance.
• Oversee required internal specialists and departments.
• Develop, manage and execute the project plan.
• Create and update project documentation for internal and client use.
• Guide clients through IT infrastructure preparation.
• Manage communications between client, Revalize and other participants.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Provide regular access to a quiet workspace for meetings.
• Communicate in German with clients and internal resources.
