Job summary

Roche Digital Technology invites experts to lead quality engineering initiatives for the ASPIRE program. The ERP Test Manager will drive CSV compliance, shape testing strategy, and ensure robust documentation and audit readiness across Roche’s global digital platform.

Hybrid work is offered with in-office collaboration on average two days per week. You will mentor junior engineers, align with CSV and Quality teams, and deliver high-impact quality solutions that support Roche’s healthcare mission.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in software quality assurance projects.
• Experience in regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medical Devices).
• Proven track record of managing quality engineer teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience defending testing processes during internal audits and external inspections.

Responsibilities

• Own the ASPIRE Test Methodology master version.
• Ensure CSV and Quality alignment before rollout.
• Create high-quality technical documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, User Guides).
• Lead analysis of complex quality problems and driveroot-cause analysis.
• Ensure test phases start on time per global release calendar.
• Track testing metrics and produce Test Summary Reports (TSR).
• Act as lead SME for Testing during audits.
• Maintain traceability across testing activities.
