Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5-7+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning algorithms, complex data models, or automated software tools.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments with GxP, FDA/ISO standards.
• Proven capability leading global cross-functional projects with an agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and deployment of AI, NLP, and agentic workflows in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Own the governance and backlog for AI use-cases and data platforms across the Roche network.
• Scale data platforms (Dataiku, Azure ML Studio) and oversee data infrastructure feeding analytics repos (Snowflake, AWS).
• Mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration to reduce data silos and improve reporting.
