Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks an ERP Test Manager (ASPIRE) to lead the ASPIRE Test Methodology within Roche Digital Technology. You will ensure testing aligns with CSV and Quality standards, driving continuous improvement across ERP initiatives.

The hybrid role requires strategic leadership, oversight of test phases, and collaboration with QA, CSV, and IT stakeholders to deliver reliable software for patients worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading expert-level QA for high-impact software projects in regulated environments.
• Proven track record managing quality engineers and driving continuous improvement in testing strategies.
• Experience defending testing processes during internal audits and external regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA).

Aufgaben

• Lead quality engineering efforts on large or strategic projects across domains.
• Own testing strategy, scope, and regulatory alignment for ASPIRE methodology.
• Ensure test phases (SAT, UAT, RT) start on time and provide comprehensive TSRs.
• Mentor engineers and influence stakeholders to meet release criteria.
