Roche Digital Technology seeks a Quality Manager to take independent ownership of end-to-end QA across multiple capabilities, balancing product standards with the current technology stack.

You will lead holistic testing strategies, expand automated testing, and collaborate with Business and RDT stakeholders to align on vision and drive quality initiatives. This hybrid role offers global impact in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven track record defining end-to-end QA strategies and governance for complex digital portfolios.
• Strong expertise in modern testing methodologies with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience embedding shift-left testing into Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to align testing cycles with release plans alongside RTEs and Business units.
• Active industry certifications such as ISTQB or Agile/SAFe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take independent ownership of end-to-end QA across multiple capabilities.
• Lead development of holistic testing strategies and expand automated testing.
• Oversee complex interdependencies to improve efficiency and assess impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on vision and drive quality initiatives.
• Refine best practices, participate in Communities of Practice, and coach juniors.
