Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking an ERP Consultant to analyze business requirements, configure ERP systems, and support integration and optimization of enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow. The role ensures alignment between business processes and technology solutions across finance, operations, supply chain, and service management functions.

The candidate will lead ERP implementations, document requirements, configure modules, and drive data migration, testing, and successful delivery

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support.
Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Experience integrating ERP systems with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, or operations.
Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support ERP implementation and optimization initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP solutions.
Configure ERP modules based on business needs and best practices.
Support integration between ERP systems and ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms.
Analyze and improve business processes across finance, operations, and service workflows.
Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Support system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
