Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, seeks a skilled Business Analyst to join a team delivering complex public sector IT projects across the systems integration, analytics, and ERP domains. You will model processes, elicit requirements, support change management and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency.

The role emphasizes BPMN/UML modelling, ServiceNow capabilities (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, CSM) and full lifecycle experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile.
• English language proficiency at least C1 (CEFR).
• Experience with full software solution lifecycle.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML modelling.
• Experience in requirements gathering and user story elicitation/analysis.
• Familiarity with Sparx EA, ARIS Architect or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to document and maintain project artifacts.
• Experience in ServiceNow: ITSM, CMDB, SecOps, CSM, EAM, etc.
• Certification in ServiceNow (CSA/CIS) or equivalent.

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and user stories.
• Support product owners in defining requirements and maintain traceability.
• Translate needs into business requirements specifications.
• Map goals, benefits, priorities and system features.
• Analyse existing systems and identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to solution design, testing and change management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across business processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate objectives and scope.
• Perform cost-benefit and what-if analyses to inform decisions.
• Support organizational change management and transition roadmaps.
