Job summary

Exide Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst for Finance Systems to backfill temporarily and support ERP deployments, E-Invoicing programs, and month-end closing across multiple finance applications. The role collaborates with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Controlling, ensuring robust change control and issue resolution.

The candidate will liaise between Finance, IT and external vendors, driving data migration, process harmonization and compliance across regions.

Qualifications

Experience in Finance Systems, ERP (Oracle preferred).
Gathers business requirements from Finance, Tax, Treasury.
Supports international business users.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Own IT demands management from capture to live deployment, coordinating Finance master data and process improvements.
Support Finance applications including Oracle modules, E-invoicing tools and related reporting.
Manage user access requests and maintain audit evidence for ITGC controls.
Participate in ERP and Finance transformation projects, gather requirements, coordinate testing and deployment.
Support global e-invoicing initiatives and country rollouts with service providers.
