Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Business Analyst to join the EMEA Finance Business Operations team in Poland.

You will drive end-to-end Finance process and system analysis, assuring quality control for strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. In collaboration with cross-functional teams you will gather requirements, validate solutions, and coordinate final acceptance testing to enable Align’s Finance transformations.

Qualifications

• Finance background with 5 years of accounting process experience (AR/VAT).
• Detail-oriented analytical mindset with willingness to ask questions.
• Creative problem solving and strong quality discipline.
• Experience with SAP FI is preferred (SD will be a plus).

Responsibilities

Project Business Analyst

Description

This position is ideal for mid to senior level finance expert to join the EMEA Finance Business Operations Team as Project Business Analyst, driving E2E Finance process/ system analysis and assuring quality control for strategic initiatives in EMEA region.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams you will provide professional Finance business analysis, design consultancy and final validation to the transformations that will define future shape of Align’s Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, collect, document and analyze finance project requirements
• Collaborate with finance and non – finance stakeholders in order to enable alignment on final solution/ decision.
• Integrate all Finance functions in order to provide set or requirements which are consistent and logical across all Finance systems and processes
• Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute final validation of implemented solution in line with agreed business requirements.
• Identify potential anomalies and analyze possible root causes
• Manage professional and effective communication with all the related stakeholders in order to resolve issues in a concise manner

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

What we’re looking for

• Finance background – 5 years of experience with functional accounting processes (especially AR and/or VAT) - E-Invoicing experience will be a plus
• Detailed oriented and analytical mind who want’s to know and understand full picture and is not afraid to ask questions.
• Creative problem solving attitude and extremely strong discipline in terms of quality (must have).
• Ability to conduct in-depth and holistic analysis
• 3 years of experience with SAP FI (SD will be a plus)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
