Job summary

Exide Group is seeking a Procurement and Data Analyst to support purchasing, ERP data management, and analytics across supplier collaborations. You will prepare POs, maintain supplier data, and generate monthly spend and KPI reports to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a university degree (or be pursuing one) in logistics, economics, management or production engineering, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to work with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• University degree or currently pursuing higher education (preferred fields: logistics, procurement, economics, management, or production engineering).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze data and work with ERP systems.
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to develop within procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments across the organization.
• Good command of English (communicative level).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers according to internal requirements.
• Verify compliance of purchase orders with prices, delivery dates, and terms.
• Support Category Buyers in purchasing activities.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, pricing, and documentation.
• Create and maintain supplier master data in the ERP system.
• Update purchasing information records in the ERP system.
• Ensure accuracy of PO data and maintain data quality in procedures.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports by category and update KPIs.
• Conduct spend analysis and monitor procurement savings.
• Support RFQ and e-Auction processes and supplier qualification.
