Job summary

Clayens Group is seeking a meticulous Financial Data Assistant to safeguard the integrity of supplier and customer data across its ERP ecosystem. You will participate in data cleansing, migrations and automation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement, supporting financial and commercial operations worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
Experience with master data management or sales admin/payables.
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong data quality discipline.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create, update and maintain customer and supplier master data in the ERP system.
Verify the accuracy of data including bank details, VAT numbers and addresses, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Identify duplicates and standardise data entry formats to improve data quality.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, Sales and Compliance teams to collect missing information and resolve data-related issues.
Contribute to data cleansing, system migrations and digitalisation/automation projects.
Ensure integrity and reliability of data across the ERP ecosystem.
