Procter & Gamble Warsaw is seeking an experienced Data Domain Owner to lead end‑to‑end Employee Care data stewardship, governance, and management. You will own data sources, ensure trust and readiness for analytics, and work across HR, IT, and support operations to define KPIs and business terms.

You will shape data strategy, implement change management, and drive canonical modeling, metadata, and data quality across a multi‑source environment using ServiceNow, Databricks, and Power BI.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data stewardship, data management, or data governance
• Hands‑on experience managing data from ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM/ticket platform
• Experience designing and running data change management processes with regression/NNIT testing
• Strong understanding of canonical data modeling, taxonomies, and data standardization
• Working knowledge of data architecture principles
• Strong hands‑on SQL skills and data quality assessment
• Experience with Databricks
• Ability to align KPI definitions and business terminology with stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS)
• Experience using/enabling Power BI or similar BI tools
• Certifications in data governance or ITSM domains
• Experience contributing to data contracts with SaaS vendors

Responsabilidades

• Own Source Data Stewardship & Governance for Employee Care sources (ServiceNow, AskEve/Rezolve)
• Lead data change management across schema changes, field updates, and workflows
• Shape data strategy for Employee Care with Product Owner
• Build business partnerships around KPI definitions and a living glossary
• Define and monitor data quality, rules, and automated checks
• Lead taxonomy design and canonical data modeling for employee data
• Collaborate on data architecture with architects and engineering
• Drive metadata management and data cataloging
• Own data asset validation and testing with QA and SMEs
