Zusammenfassung

WSA EMEA is seeking a Global Data Steward to ensure accurate, trusted data across the organization. You will establish data standards, govern master data, and drive improvements with business and IT stakeholders from Poland and Denmark.

You will join a growing governance team, reporting to the Global Head of Data Governance, and help enable smarter decisions through robust data quality practices and governance processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data governance and data quality management across multiple domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Hands-on experience with data quality analysis, validation and governance activities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive governance initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain business data standards, definitions, and metadata within your assigned domain.
• Ensure master data is governed consistently by reviewing changes, resolving data issues, and supporting process improvements.
• Monitor data quality, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Promote data governance best practices by collaborating with stakeholders and supporting adoption across the organization.
