Job summary

Adampol Group is seeking an Equipment and Services Purchasing Specialist to support strategic procurement management for vehicles, machinery, and logistics services across the group.

You will negotiate terms with suppliers, optimize procurement processes, and collaborate with teams in Poland and international branches, ensuring efficient asset management and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing vehicles and logistics equipment.
• Knowledge of the TSL (Transport, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics) industry.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Equipment and Services Purchasing Specialist

Adampol Group is one of the largest finished vehicle logistics providers in Europe. We are looking for a professional who will support us in the strategic management of procurement activities and the optimization of purchasing processes.

What will you do?

• Manage the procurement of vehicles, machinery and logistics-related services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and develop relationships with suppliers.
• Optimize and standardize procurement processes across the Adampol Group.
• Oversee the sale, disposal, and scrapping of company assets.
• Cooperate with teams in Poland and international branches in the areas of procurement and asset management.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing vehicles and logistics equipment.
• Knowledge of the TSL (Transport, Freight Forwarding, and Logistics) industry.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Category B driving licence.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
