Job summary

Adampol SA in Poland is seeking a Junior Logistics Customer Service Specialist to support daily transport operations and maintain clear communication with customers and carriers.

You will coordinate road transport, monitor orders, prepare documentation, and work with Rail Terminal, Warehouse and Customs Agency. You will learn the fundamentals of transport, forwarding and logistics while developing teamwork and problem-solving skills.

What Will You Do?

• Support the team in organizing and coordinating road transport operations
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and carriers
• Monitor transport orders and update their status
• Prepare and complete transport documentation
• Cooperate with the Rail Terminal, Warehouse, and Customs Agency
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues
• Work closely with other company departments to deliver services to customers

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are interested in developing your career in the transport, forwarding, and logistics industry
• You have some initial professional experience (e.g., internship, traineeship, or employment) or are a graduate of a logistics-related field
• You are well organized and detail-oriented
• You enjoy working with people and collaborating in a team environment
• You are proactive and eager to learn new things
• You have a good command of English for everyday communication (minimum B1 level)
• You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

• Initial experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or customer service
