Arrow Global Components (AGC) in Gdansk is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Associate to support back-office activities and help ensure accurate quotations and data integrity. This entry-level role focuses on data handling, order processing, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Service teams.

You will receive onboarding and training, with opportunities to grow in a corporate environment. This role requires attention to detail, basic English, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with onboarding and training.
• 1–3 years in support functions (customer service, data, operations) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and manage customer quotations and data in systems.
• Maintain pricing, product, and customer data for accuracy.
• Process and book customer orders and resolve booking issues.
• Investigate data discrepancies and pricing/order-related queries.
• Coordinate post-invoice adjustments with relevant teams.
• Monitor alerts to support smooth order processing.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to deliver good customer experience.
