Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Gdansk, Poland is seeking a Junior Sales Operations Associate. This entry-level role supports Sales Operations with back-office tasks, data verification and quotation management, enabling teams to focus on selling.

Onboarding and training are provided, and 1–3 years of related experience is preferred but not required. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process discipline, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Service to deliver precise quotes and efficient order handling

Qualifications

• English at least B2 level; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Administration or Business Operations.
• Detail-oriented with data and process orientation.
• Ability to coordinate with Sales, Customer Service and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations for new and ongoing opportunities.
• Maintain and update pricing, product and customer data in internal systems.
• Process and book customer orders; investigate and resolve booking issues.
• Investigate data discrepancies, pricing issues and order-related queries.
• Handle post-invoice adjustments and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor quote and backlog alerts and correct issues to ensure smooth processing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and other stakeholders to deliver a great customer experience.

About The Role
Join our dynamic Sales Operations team at Arrow!
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will support internal teams through a variety of administrative and back-office activities, including data verification, quotation management, and maintaining information in internal systems. This role does not involve direct customer contact, making it a great fit for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data and processes.

This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for candidates looking to start or develop their career in a corporate environment. You will receive comprehensive onboarding and training to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed for the role. Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of professional experience in areas such as Customer Service, Data Governance, Administration, or Business Operations.

What Will You Do
As a Sales Operations Associate, your role will be diverse and essential to our operations. In this back-office role, you will support our customer-facing, Sales and Customer Service colleagues, allowing them to focus on selling and servicing our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and manage customer quotations, supporting both new business opportunities and ongoing customer requirements.
• Maintain and update pricing, product, and customer data in internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Process and book customer orders, investigate and resolve booking-related issues, and ensure smooth and timely order processing.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, pricing issues, and order-related queries.
• Handle post-invoice adjustments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor quote and backlog-related alerts, making necessary corrections to support smooth order processing.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Who You Are

• English on min B2 level (both spoken and written), additional language is an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales, Data Governance, Administration, Business Operations, or other operational support functions
