Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, security groups, roles, and access control concepts.
• Knowledge of Tier 0/Tier 1 administrative models, least-privilege principles, admin account separation, and privileged identity protection.
• Ability to follow procedures, checklists, and approved change plans without overstepping.
• Strong attention to detail in data analysis, records, and change documentation.
• Ability to elevate risks or permission conflicts when unclear.
• Good English communication skills for technical documentation and guidance.
• Willingness to learn and grow in IAM.

Responsibilities

• Support IAM activities within Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Assist with user accounts, security groups, and role administration.
• Help maintain privileged access controls for Tier 0 and Tier 1 systems.
• Execute tasks per approved change plans and procedures.
• Document system states before and after changes; maintain records.
• Monitor configurations for compliance with security standards and least privilege.
• Identify risks and escalate as needed to senior team members.
• Support audit, governance, and compliance activities related to IAM.
• Collaborate with teams, vendors, and end users across locations.
