Job summary
Procter & Gamble is seeking an Entra ID & Tier 0 Trainee in Warsaw to support secure identity management and access across a global IT environment. You will work with a technical mentor to maintain IAM processes, following security standards and procedures.
You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity security, privileged access management, and Tier 0/1 administration in a collaborative, international team.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, security groups and access control concepts.
- Knowledge of Tier 0/Tier 1 administrative models and least-privilege principles.
- Ability to follow established procedures, checklists and approved change plans.
- Strong attention to detail when analyzing data and documenting changes.
- Ability to recognize risks and elevate issues appropriately.
- Good English communication skills for technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support identity and access management activities within Entra ID and AD environments.
- Assist with user accounts, security groups, and role administration following procedures.
- Help maintain privileged access management controls for Tier 0/1 systems.
- Execute tasks according to change plans and Operational procedures.
- Document system states before and after changes and keep records up to date.
- Monitor requests for compliance with security standards and least-privilege basics.
- Identify risks or permission conflicts and escalate to seniors.
- Support audit, governance and compliance activities related to IAM.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors across locations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity security, privileged access management, and enterprise infrastructure administration. You will collaborate with international teams and develop practical skills in one of the most important areas of modern cybersecurity.

Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, multi-factor authentication (MFA), security groups, roles, and access control concepts.
- Knowledge of Tier 0/Tier 1 administrative models, least-privilege principles, administrative account separation, and privileged identity protection.
- Ability to work in accordance with established procedures, checklists, and approved change plans without exceeding assigned responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail when analyzing data, maintaining records, and documenting changes.
- Ability to recognize risks and elevate unclear situations, permission conflicts, or potentially unsafe actions.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell is a plus; any script usage must follow review, testing, and approval procedures.
- Good English communication skills, enabling work with technical documentation and Microsoft guidance.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in identity and access management.
