Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant – Entra ID & Active Directory Expert to design and implement cloud-first and hybrid identity solutions. You will lead IAM programs based on Entra ID, align with Zero Trust, and guide clients through JML, access reviews, and PIM.

You will also mentor junior staff and help advance EY accelerators and AI-enabled analyses. You will collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to optimize AD/Entra ID deployments, ensure secure authentication, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID features including Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
• Experience with hybrid identity scenarios and AD management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize Entra ID–centric identity solutions in cloud-first and hybrid environments with on‑premises AD as a supporting component.
• Lead and deliver IAM solutions based on Microsoft Entra ID aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Design and deploy IGA capabilities within Entra ID: JML, access reviews, and PIM.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to EY standards and accelerators.
• Act as a technical lead during client engagements and architecture discussions.
